Do you have preferred vendors and are they required?
We have been very fortunate to work with so many wonderful vendors who make it easy for us to recommend their services. We do require use of one of our approved vendors for catering and also require the use of our in-house bar services, but we don’t require our groups to use the recommended vendors for the rest of the categories. However, we do encourage them to start there as the listed vendors know our property and work well with us and our guests.
Do we have to purchase liquor through The Vine, or can we source liquor elsewhere?
All bar packages are provided in-house by The Vine, making things simple and stress-free for you. Our team handles the ordering, stocking, and service, so you don’t have to worry about logistics or licensing—just enjoy your event knowing everything is taken care of.
What is the backup plan for rain or inclement weather?
If one of our outdoor spaces has been chosen for the event to take place and inclement weather is in the forecast, the Union Bell Chapel and the Barrel Barn provide the perfect alternative. Our team will work with you and be there at every step to advise and make your day stress free.
What is the venue's capacity?
Our maximum capacity for our reception space is 500 guests. Our chapel can accommodate 275 seated guests with additional standing room. We also have outdoor ceremony spaces for 50 to 500 guests.
Do we have to use your approved vendors?
Catering is the only vendor required to be chosen from our approved vendor list, however additional vendors of your choice can be hired although it is strongly recommended to choose from our list for the best experience.
Will your staff be involved in setting up and breaking down the decor?
Our staff will arrange the in-house furniture according to the finalized floor plan provided by your coordinator. Our venue staff does not set up or break down any additional decor beyond the scope of our in-house furniture.
