Do you have a list of preferred vendors? If you do, are we still allowed to use outside vendors?

We do! We understand that our brides have preferences, so you are absolutely able to use your own vendors. We do require our own security, staff and bartenders for all events that include alcohol. We also require outside vendors to have insurance for liability purposes.

Will we be the only event on the property on our date?

With our 47 acres, we do have multiple events at a time on certain dates. This is especially true during busy season (October-March). However, you can secure the entire property for an additional $3,000.00.

Are linens, chargers, centerpieces, tables, and chairs included in your pricing?

At Majestic Oaks, we have a well-stocked inventory of centerpieces, linens, napkins, chargers, tables, and chairs that are included in our pricing of each package we offer. Whatever your vision, we’re confident we can bring it to life!
