Can we use outside vendors?
Absolutely! Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own vendors. The vendors have to be insured and send it to the venue 3 weeks before your event. We highly recommend this company to secure your event https://www.theeventhelper.com/
Are we able to take photos at the venue prior to our event?
Absolutely! Your venue reservation includes a 2 hours engagement session and a 2 hour bridal portrait session during regular business hours on non-event days.
Who is responsible for the setup of tables and chairs?
We will set up all tables and chairs according to the floor plan that you will design and submit ahead of time via email. The setup is done early in the morning-prior to your arrival at 9:00 am.
Is security required for all events?
Yes, security is an industry standard and is required for all events even if you don’t have alcohol.
Are there any extra costs that I need to be aware of when booking the venue?
Absolutely not! We do not have any hidden price fees - the price on our contract and package is your final price.
