Are we required to use preferred vendors or can we bring in our own caterer?
We take pride in turning your dream wedding into a reality. Which is why we have teamed up with some pretty amazing wedding professionals. We do require our couples to use our onsite catering service. But this is for ease of stress on our couples and for liability purposes. You are sent a menu ahead of time to make your dinner selection. And everything served on a real pottery style plate with glassware, dinnerware and a linen napkin. We want your day to go as smoothly as possible. Your personal vendors like Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Officiant are always welcome! But we do offer discounted packages if you need us to help book them for you as well.
What is your alcohol policy?
We do not permit self serving of alcohol at the Pavilion/Chapel area. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you must use our licensed and insured bartending service. A menu is sent your way to select the choices. Beer & Wine are included with the All Inclusive package or can be added on at a per person rate with the A La Carte option. Full bar can always be added on too!
How many people can be seated inside and outside for dinner?
80-90 guests can be seated inside the Pavilion. 100-150 guests can be seated on the Back Covered Deck and 50-60 guests on the Flagstone Patio. This allows for your guests to sit where they feel comfortable. Lots of options!
Are there any overnight accommodations?
Yes! Not only are we a Wedding Venue but, we also have a full service Bed & Breakfast. We have 8 uniquely themed cabins scattered throughout our 14 acre property. Perfect for the couple and for their closest family & friends. Lodging is included in the All Inclusive and discounted!
Are we required to have a wedding planner/day of coordinator?
No! Most definitely not. We do encourage it though. We want you and your guests to enjoy the whole day with you by letting someone else do the directing. Let us take the extra stress away for you! Included in our wedding packages is a month of coordinator with Amy at All Things Planned! We do not offer a reduction in price if you choose to bring in your own coordinator.
For the couple's wedding exit, what items are NOT allowed?
We do not permit fireworks of any kind (including sparklers), silk rose petals, silk leaves, rice or birdseed. We try to be very green and friendly to our environment here. Bubbles, glow sticks, dried or fresh petals are welcome. Ask about our special confetti cannon package!
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! Fur babies are important to our families and are welcome to be in the wedding ceremony. We do ask that after the ceremony that someone takes the pet back home or to a cabin to kenneled. The reception has a lot going on and the pets tend to not enjoy this part of the evening.
What if it rains? Is there a "Plan B"?
Yes! There are several options. Most of the time we can just wait a few minutes for the rain to pass, then just bump the timeline by about 15 minutes. But if it happens to be a continually rainy day, we can certainly relocate the wedding inside the Chapel, Pavilion Room or on the Back Covered Deck. Either way we facilitate it ALL for you!
Facilites
One of our most popular features of our Houston wedding venue, is our little white chapel. This quaint chapel has been THE backdrop for many 7F couples for their nuptials, engagement sessions and even bridal sessions. It’s great for all styles of weddings from bohemian to rustic to really whatever you have in mind, and best of all, it’s included with your rental!
80-100 guests can be seated inside the Pavilion Room. 100-150 can be seated on the Back Covered Deck and 40-50 on the Flagstone Patio.
